Full oversight from initial client meeting and home assessment to finial sign-off. The fixed fee includes an estimated 1 hr initial meeting and home assessment + 3 hrs of project management. The following is also included: 1) Kick-off meeting at client's home 2) Competitive bid sourcing 3) Normalized bid review and presentation 4) Project oversight 5) Deficiency list 6) Close out and payment certification Note: Heaven Power Systems reviews quotes such that the homeowner can make an informed contractor award. The homeowner contracts with the installer directly. Heaven Power Systems acts as the owner's representative to oversee the project.
