  • Any prices on this website are listed in Canadian dollars.

Return Policy

Returns

  • Refunds are usually applied in about 2-3 weeks, or within 7 days after amazon receives and processes your return.

Replacements

  • Items fulfilled by Amazon.com and Amazon.ca cannot be replaced but can be returned. See Returns above.

Warranty

  • Qualifying items can be returned free of charge for a refund or replacement under warranty if they have not been damaged, failed to perform as specified, a request for return is made during the warranty period, and the items are returned in the original or equivalent packaging.

  • Qualifying items can be returned free of charge if a request for return is made during the related warranty period.

  • To initiate a return under warranty after 30 days please contact customer service at contact @ heavenpower.ca with the subject 'Return' and a description of the issue and supporting material.

  • Upon receiving your return label you have 10 days to ship your item back. If items are not shipped within this time frame, a refund will not be issued for the item.

  • Any original sale shipping charges are non-refundable.

Installations

  • Installations are provided by third party contractors that independently provide a minimum one (1) year workmanship warranty
